Hey,
My name is Annie and I was doing good then gained almost hlaf the wait I lost back Any pointers to keep on track and not lose motivation. I want to get back to where I was and lose only three more lbs. I was so close to the goal. And having the holidays here is so not helping

Great name Annie....my nickname LOL! Dont be too hard on yourself this holiday season. Remember to continue to workout and eat smart and in moderation. You got this! Dont give up too easily. K

Thanks Michelle for the encouragement. I know tomorrow is a new day and a good way to get on track. The hard part for me is getting myself to exercise. I need to get back into my good habits.
Hearing encouragement was really what I needed and to know not to beat myself up lol I did that a lot this morning. Almost broke down.
