Before and After, still need to firm up the muscles!

Starting date: 1/1/2010
Weight: 145/147
Height: 5'4
Pants size: 9/10

Current size: 3

I do 1650 calories a day with about 350/600 a day from weight training and cardio ( treadmill and classes at the gym )
Now my goal is to firm up and get rid of the tummy bulge I still have but for the most part, have met my goals. Its been a long journey but I feel like I've made a lot of progress.

    Toning comes from challenging your muscles... lift heavier weights and for your tummy area, try doing sit-ups with a medicine ball! I have had incredible results so far by adding this to my routine! Good luck!

    First, you look great from what I can see in your tiny pic!! Lol. Congratulations!!

    And with the medicine ball, this may be dumb...but are you just holding it as you do crunches or sit ups?

    Thanks everyone! I don't know why the last pic is so tiny - it was from my camera phone.

    Thanks for all the advice - its hard to tone up - its taken me almost a year to get to the weight loss. I am doing weight training at my gym ( 3 times a week for an hour class )
    I had a before and after body fat test done - originally it was 35% and 2 weeks ago it was 27% - would like to get it at 20%
    LONG journey but so worth it! Thanks for all the support!
