i was trying to figure out the same thing.. for now i logged it as calisthenics because it kind of described the kinds of things you do. if anyone has a better way let me know!0

or u can log it in as a circuit workout or as

I log it as circuit training because I remember it mentioned somewhere on the DVD case. I think the best way to tell is to use a heart monitor, BUT I don't have one either lol.0
