Hi all! I have decided to repeat P90X starting today and was hoping to find some workout buddies. I have done the program once before and barely made it through (due to lack of motivation), but I did! I think it would be easier if I had some buddies doing it with me. Anyone up for the challenge? : )

I am finishing up week 11 this week! It is a tough workout but it is great. My husband & I plan to do a round two when we get back from Christmas vacation. Good luck to you!

I've been wanting to try P90x! Is it something a (kind of) beginner could do? It seems similar to Insanity and Insanity is HARD..not that any type of workout should be easy, but Sean T moves in ways that I just cannot lol
  • I was actually planning on starting today too. I got it right before I got pregnant, and now that my baby is 8 months I am ready to do something.

P90X is generally seen as easier than Insanity. They are really two different programs. Insanity is intense cardio while P90X is more of a weight workout. There is some cardio with Plyometrics and Kenpo, but it isn't as intense as Insanity. It's still a good amount of work though. Your body will adapt and you will get better and stronger.

I'm starting on Monday. (I'm recuperating from tonsillitis this week.) I'm both excited and...scared. LOL

Don't be scared.... just press play. Tony says "do your best and forget the rest" ... I started week 1 doing pushups against the wall because I couldn't even do them on my knees.... after almost 90 days I can do 30 standard push ups! Trust me, if you eat well and press play you will not regret it one bit!
  • Thanks for the replies!! I think I sent everyone a message!! Good luck to you all!!
