Broiled Tuna and Tomato Marinade
Options
First make the marinade, fresh or canned peeled tomatoes will do. Cut up a can of tomatoes, chop half an onion and mix together. Add salt, basil and 3 tbs of olive oil and let sit in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Using fresh or frozen white or red tuna cubes, squeeze lemon on the cubes, add some salt and pepper. Put in the oven at 220 for 10 minutes.
Serve the tuna hot with the cold marinade over it.
