How much muscle definition do you want?
From how you talk it sounds like you want to be pretty tone looking so I would say 18-21%

how accurate are these calculators? cause it says my bdy fat is 32% and i honestly thought it would be a lot higher than that
or perhaps im over assuming. i have lost 10 kilos after all maybe it should be that low, plus thats WAY off ideal.
and i guess i look similar to the 30% pic so being a little above that makes sense....
ha ha sorry going off into my own world0 -
Very helpful pics!
I'm around 25% and want to go to 18 - 20% with muscle.0 -
All of you wanting to be in the teens, please be careful!! Not everyone can look like the women in those pictures, in fact I happen to know that the super ripped body builder women ONLY look like that during competition time. They bloat up, just like everyone else, then they have to lose it again.
Women are supposed to have higher % than men, it's simply the way we are made. Certain systems (periods etc) stop working properly when our body fat is TOO low. I realize that "the desireable look" these days is almost skeletal, but I really can't see that those women actually have high quality lives because they are constantly obsessing about their images.
I just checked mine (yes, that's me in the picture), I'm at 23.5%, if that helps anyone.0
