Pre-warning to everyone in this group. There is not a spreadsheet posted until AFTER the 2nd weigh in. That should be this Tuesday. However, I am pregnant and just got put on bedrest. I can't say for sure when I will get to having the spreadsheet up. It normally takes me a few hours to get it all set up for a new month and currently being as I am stuck in bed that wont be happening. I will get around to it when I have a chance.
The biggest loser from November was Baloney17. She will be posting the optional weekly challenge soon (hopefuly). That challenge will be your challenge for next week since I am running behind.0 -

Hi everyone - I hope you're all geared up and ready for this December challenge. I'm excited to try and lose 5lbs. I lost almost 12 last month, so we'll see how this month goes. Since I was lucky enough to be the biggest loser this is the challenge I'm starting everyone with this week:
Do 30 minutes (at least) of a workout you've never done before. Whether it be running, some kind of circuit training, a ZUMBA class, or Yoga class, weight lifting. Something new and different to change things up for your body and really get it engaged. Who knows, it might help you to lose an extra lb this coming week. Wishing you all a happy, healthy weight loss for December!!!!!0 -

Wow thats better. Weighing midweek certainly shocked me and pushed me to try harder but I certainly didn't try this hard. So I guess TOM had a lot to do with my weight increase. So with this new knowledge I will change my goal weight.

CONGRATULATIONS winning last month that was a fantastic achievement. Thank you for the challenge, something to think about this week, I´m starting to add weights in to my workouts and so far it´s working!
