I agree, very yummy! I drink one every night after I work out. Makes me think I'm getting ice cream.
I use milk, ice, one capful peppermint extract, 1tsp cocoa powder, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.0 -
Thanks so much for this recipe! Sounds yummy!0

This is pretty much how I make all my protein shakes --- except for the peppermint.
I make then in a 20oz blender bottle though so much bigger.. 1 cup almond breeze, 2 cups decaf cold coffee or water. If I use water I just add a tbsp of instant coffee or espresso.
Change that with some pumpkin pie spice and voila, now you have pumpkin!
Exchange it with any of the sf torani/davinci syrups and its endless... I mostly use hazelnut, pumpkin pie, salted caramel, raspberry, coconut or eggnog.0 -
sounds super good. C:0

Thanks for the great idea! I add protein powder to my coffee every am (about half a scoup per cup) and love it.....it foams up and is almost like creamer. I use vanilla in my Duncan Doughnut's Pumpkin Spice coffee....delish!0

Wow, I was just at starbucks today with a friend and saw a peppermint mocha on the menu. I had to fight the urge of being a bad vegan. I can't wait to make this tomorrow! Thanks friend!0

Have you tried Vi-shape mix from Visalus? It has 90 calories, 75 gr of sodium, soy isolate with whey. It tastes real good too.0
