4 month plateau (ish)

I seem to not have been able to get bellow a certain weight.
I've been up a little but then come down but I just keep sticking at the same place.
On the exact 0.1 of an lb
Ive tried eating more/eating less/exercising/not exercising/drinking more
nothing seems to shift it!!
any suggestions mfp?

i think your body has been used to that weight for a while which is why is hard to get lower. But if you keep this regime long enough your body will react to it. So all i can say is keep goin0

i have had the same problem for 6 months now i loose 2 think yay its moving then the following week it goes back 2 on its been like it for such a long time now i have tried everything too .i was reading about zig zagging you shock your body and it is suppose to burn fat . put in google zigzag diet and it will give you all the info and even a calulator to tell you your seven days calories im going to give it ago its basicly 1 day for me and weight etc i eat 1,500 cals day 2 1568 day 3 1882 and so on it says it shocks the body into loosing fat if your not loosing for a while i am going to give it ago0
