hello everyone,
i want to try this Turbo jam program so i was wondering if you could answer on some questions...?!
1.How many days does it last?
2. How many pounds have you lost?
3. Is it worth trying?
4. Are there any levels that you do each day or what??

Hi there. It's not really a program it's just a work-out so there's not a set time limit (it's not a 30-day shred type thing). You just do it whenever you want for as long as you want. I've lost around 5 pounds doing the workouts (which is a lot for me.) I think it's definitely worth trying because it's the only workout DVD that I've tried and liked so far. I'm not sure what you mean by levels...
Basically there are quite a few workouts on the DVD:
There's "Learn and Burn" for beginners
A 20-minute workout
Cardio Party (about 40 minutes and probably what you would be doing most days)
Ab Jam (20 minutes just on your abs, both standing and floor work)
There's also a whole-body strengthening/conditioning workout, can't remember what it's called
I mostly go with Cardio Party and Ab Jam, and I do the 20 minute some days, but I don't feel that it's as intense.

I have a maximum results schedule that's 4 weeks long, not sure if that's the standard or not lol. I think you could just mix and match and have good results, but here it is if you're curious.
Week 1: L&B, L&B, 20 min, 20 min, rest, rest, rest
Week 2: 20 min, 20 min & abs, cardio party, 20 min & abs, 20 min, rest, rest
Week 3: 20 min & abs, cardio party, turbo sculpt & abs, cardio party, 20 min & abs, rest, rest
Week 4: cardio party, turbo sculpt & abs, 20 min, cardio party, turbo sculpt & abs, rest, rest0 -
Turbo Fire (same person made it) is a program and it lasts for 20 weeks.0

I love Turbo Jam! It's a great workout program that combines dancing, kickboxing, and martial arts. It's a 4 week program where you do a different workout for 6 days a week and you have one off day. But honestly, just doing this workout 3 times a week you will see weight loss. I lost 30 pounds last year from Turbo Jam and I also do Turbo Fire which is more intense and updated version of Turbo Jam. I really didn't follow the schedule I just did whatever workout I wanted.
My favorite workouts are 20 minute workout, cardio party mix 1 and 2, fat blaster, turbo sculpt, and punch kick and jam.0
