Hello
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I have recently hit 200+ pounds. I am 25 years old and its time to take control of my life. I must hold myself accountable. I have made excuses about my weight for my entire life. I am growing up and ready to get married and begin having children. I refuse to let my weight hold me back on my future. I will do all I can to lose weight and become the person I have always dreamed of being. I have all the necessary tools to work out and move to a healthier me. I must take advantage of the toosl that are in front of me and no longer make excuses. My goal weight is 145#. Very excited for a change.

Hey. I know how that goes, I'm 23 and just hit 190 when I joined. I too, made too many excuses and now I"m SICK of it. Feel free to add me and we can support one another.0
