I made these for a dinner part last night and everyone was loving them. (I did use bottled teriyaki sauce, but everything else was fresh)
Serves 6 people (my skewers are pretty long, maybe 14 inches.
3 average way too big from the grocery store chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-2" chunks
2 red bell peppers chopped into large pieces
2 green bell peppers chopped into large pieces
1 red onion chopped into large pieces (kinda try to keep them in wedges, makes it easier to stick them on skewers)
1 package whole mushrooms
6 Tablespoons Ken's Steakhouse Honey Teriyaki Marinade
All I did was cut everything up, alternate veggies with meat on long skewers. Then I brushed on the teriyaki marinade and sprinkled on some garlic powder. Broil them until it all starts to brown, turning once.
Totally under 200 calories each too! Thought about adding pineapple to the kebabs next time. Or maybe serving it with a side of brown rice. Since we were at a party the other people were bringing stuff too, so I didn't make anything else!
