    Yes, I LOVE MFP! I have never been able to lose weight before and this site makes it SO easy! I use MFP and try and go for at least a 30 minute walk every day or do some sort of DVD. Now that the weather isn't so great i've been doing the 30 Day Shred dvd (Day 23!). I also bought a wii and have just started doing some wii fit stuff. I bought the biggest loser challenge for wii but I'm going to wait untill i'm finished the shred before I really commit to that.

    Nothing special, just following MFP, walking, and sometimes doing dvd's like 30 day shred
