I really, really, really love sunflower seeds. I snack on them plain or in salads.
Anyone else know of good seeds for snacking? Where do you purchase them and roughly how much do they cost? How do you eat them?
Thanks!

Pine nuts, fennel seed, pumpkin seed. Toasted, roasted, or raw...In cottage cheese, PB, or yogurt!
BTW: I'm mirin' your posterior trapezius and infraspinatus fascia.0 -
Oh man, I love pine nuts, but they are SO expensive here in the US! Anyone know where to get cheaper pine nuts?0

Ooooh, pine nuts! That makes me want veggies with pesto. Doesn't fennel have kind of a licorice taste? Not sure if I'd like that. Pumpkin seed sounds good, but I always assumed I would have to make those myself. Guess I'll have to look around Kroger.
LOL, thanks. I hate anatomy.

Pumpkin seeds are really yummy AND are considered a "super food" by Dr. Oz. Very healthy and only about 5 bucks a package at your local grocer.0

Haha, sorry! I am just a physiology person. Anatomy was rote memorization and stinky cadavers. But all your stuff is good too.
