Adjustable weight set recommendations?

I've outgrown the dumbbells I started with so have decided to treat myself to a set of weights that I can use for a long time and really like the idea of adjustable dumbbells. Do you have a set that you'd recommend? I don't really want to spend more than a couple hundred so the Bowflex set is beyond my budget. I'd like it to go to at least 50 pounds.

If you're not in a hurry and would like to get bang for your buck - buy something like a kettlebell or a pair of hex dumbbells you can use for this month (2nd hand, if possible, or at Walmart) and start watching for people to sell their Christmas presents and New Years Resolution weights and weight sets about mid January. I buy weights from the local Craigslist all the time. Their loss is my (weight loss and muscle) gain.0

That's a good idea - it's like when the gym is packed in January but by February it's back to normal!0
