Good Morning Everyone! Day 2 of our 2 month period. Take a moment to reflect on what you did yesterday. What worked for you? What didn't work? How can you improve? How was your eating? Did you give your workout your all? What are your goals? Visualize yourself at the goal you want to be, because if you can't see it yourself, you won't be able to achieve it! Make every day count, there are no do overs in life...so get the most out of it. So proud of each one of you b/c you are making a change in your life. So be proud of yourself. Realize that the journey isn't easy, but it is doable!0

I found my "Real" before pictures... but they are so embarassing and gross... I realllllllllllllllly dont want to post them... I may bet brave e nough and do it at some point but it won't be tonight... :-/0

:drinker: Im so in, I cant wait to drop jaws and really get moving on this. I kinda just started up my fitness journey in October. I pray to see some resutls by the end of the year. The before and after pic should definetly keep me motivated!0

Food for thought: When you see that you have lost weight on the scale, does it make you think "Yay great job, now I can treat myself or one or two cookies won't matter?" Use the low scale as momentum to your goal...when you see the scale go down and you are not yet at your goal...that means it's time to go harder...(I use to do this all the time, and I swear it added about 6 months to my weight loss time). A good scale reading is not an excuse to eat bad, but even more reason to eat clean!0

The before is dated may 2010 and after is December 30 2011 200 pounds later
