This may very well be here somewhere but its a little calorie saving thing I do since they offer breakfast.

Whatever you order, get it on a flatbread. Doesnt matter if you get egg or just eggwhite. Load it up how you wish---the egg they use is big enough, strong enough to pick up and eat as if it were the flatbread/sub. This saves 150-400 calories depending if you use bread/flatbread. And then I just toss the rest or save the bread and my son feeds ducks with it so its not wasted.

Saves 150-400 calories of pretty much straight carbs....if you havent thought of this previously, give it a try.

    There egg white FB is great. Make sure you ask them not to cut the 6" in half too. Delicious with extra spinach!
