The worst room to clean!

Today I am doing my normal Sunday routine of cleaning my townhouse. 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, and my room. I can get through almost everything in about 90 minutes...mopping and all.
But then I get to my room, which I save for last, because I HATE CLEANING IT.
My bf stays with me pretty much all the time, and he helps clean, but we just have so much stuff in this little room. And the clean and dirty laundry just piles and piles up. And there is so much clutter on my desk and in the corners....ACK! I hate cleaning this room!
Anyone else have a horrible room to keep clean? Mine looks quite nice when it's kept up...lots of artwork and cool furniture. Just not visible now. :P

man i HATE cleaning my room! theres always piles of clean laundry sitting everywhere but the floor, shoes strewn everywhere, dirty clothes all over, junk piled on my wifes bedtable... cANT STAND IT!0

My laundry isn't an issue, but my room is also my least favorite to clean. I share a room with my 7-7ear-old daughter. Toys...everywhere. Even when it's clean, it is cluttered. I can't wait to be able to afford a place big enough to have separate bedrooms! Toys in a kid's room doesn't bother me, but toys in MY bedroom can make me crazy trying to clean. I'd like a peaceful looking room, so cleaning is an exercise in futility and I know it going in.
It's not that I love to clean anything, lol, but I do it because I like the way the rest of the house looks. I keep cleaning the bedroom because if there ever were to be a fire in the middle of the night, I want a safe pathway out and a safe pathway to the windows. Once that is done, everything might as well be picked up, so I just keep doing it all. (And yes, she helps pick up her toys.)0 -
Definitely my room also. It's bigger than all the other rooms , and It's where my washer/ dryer are so there's piles of clean and dirty clothes everywhere. Then there's my kids toys strewn about.... I HATE cleaning my house in general... If we're being honest here :noway:0

Hate cleaning my bedroom! I'd clean the bathroom for hours if it meant I could avoid washing clothes!! Hate it, I never iron either, don't even know where my iron is!0

Most of our house is like that, but the worst is my office.0

Whatever room I'm working on, right now it's the living room, but I'm moving stuff from here to where it belongs, and then get sidetracked by what needs done in the room the items end up in, so I do a lot of moving around but not much cleaning ends up getting done with all the stuff that was in the wrong place.
I need to get out my storage bins again and bring them to where I'm working, one bin per destination, if something doesn't belong it goes into the required bin then move on to the next room until everything is cleaned up and all stuff belonging somewhere is where it goes.0 -
I hate cleaning in general. But I love a clean place. I will wash and iron for you all if someone will clean my bathrooms. Now i also have to move furniture to fit in the christmas tree.
Cleaning tip.... place unusual items around and your guests will notice these rather then the mess. eg. one christmas i sprinkled glitter everywhere, no one saw the dust and piles of mail to be sorted or the stray shoes and socks.0 -

Definitely hate cleaning our master bedroom. My husband and I have the SAME EXACT bad habits of not folding clothes and putting them away, plus lots of clutter. I'd rather clean the kitchen...0

Agree my room is the worst because of all of the same issues you listed. Also, my daughters room.. Mostly because in 30 minutes its back to the same state is disarray that it is was before...0

The bathroom that the boyfriend uses as his second home. God forbid he ever pick up a sponge. I never use it and only clean it when we are having company and god it is frightening.0

Bathroom!!! No one in my family does it like it needs to be done. Not even my wife.
It takes me over 2 hrs to do a proper bathroom clean! Ceiling to floor. When I'm done everything is clean & disinfected.
I hate doing it but it needs to be done!
The only other thing that comes close is cleaning the oven. Another job that seems to be left to me.
The rest is child's play. Put some tunes on and turn up the volume and I have no problems cleaning up the castle!

Oh laundry is even worse than cleaning any room... especially the putting away part. I tend to just throw everything in a spare room and the pile slowly dissapears as I wear them
