Incredibly natural low-cal bars

These are AMAZING. Kind of like a less healthy tasting, but actually more healthy, version of nakd bars. No added sugar, just fruit, nuts, oats, raisins and cocoa. They taste kind of like fudge or cookie dough, and they're vegan! What more could you want?
30g oats
10g almond
10g walnut
10g brazil nut
30g dates
30g mixed fruit
20g raisin
10g coconut
2 tbsp cocoa
100g apple sauce
Blend it all until smooth, spread on anything flat and non-stick, refrigerate until firm, cut into 5 bars (they're BIG).
Nutrition:
135 calories
19g carbs
3g protein
6g fat (but it's monounsaturated, from the nuts and coconut)
10mg sodium
13g sugar
You could definitely make 10 bars out of this though, if you wanted them as little snacks rather than a bigger pudding sized bar.

Thanks for sharing . Is that amount of calories per serving or?
Tomorrow I'm thinking of blending vanilla yoghurt, bananas, strawberries & rice crispies, then chilling them until firm0 -

I have just made these (with my husbands help??) and there is a problem.................The mix tastes so delicious, how do you keep from eating the stuff long enough for it to set??!!! It is absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you for this fantastic recipe, I think, if I've eaten all of them before tomorrow, I probably won't be so grateful, although they are very healthy, right? Lol!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0
