I just figured out how water helps you lose weight. I went from the 8 cups, to 1/2 my weight in oz so I have been drinking a ton more water and it just hit me.

When you drink so much water you get off the couch to go pee so much more there for geting exersise.

    What do you mean by cost? Is drinking water bad for you, I have read both sides and I know its a debated topic, honestly I don't have a opinion either way. I do love water, and drink it regularly. I have increased my water intake and it would seem that its excessive as I am taking trips to the bathroom every 30-60 minutes.

    Water makes your metabloism faster :) so yeah it does help you loose weight! I think anyone knows this o_O

    I learned in my anatomy class that if you're going to the bathroom/restroom every hour, you are very well hydrated. Other factors are included such as smell and/or appearance (yellow or clear).
