So my story - well it all started last year on xmas day - I had not been on a scale in probably a year then decided to try my mums and it came up with 214 lbs !!!!!! or 15st 4 lbs I have no excuse for it but over eating!!!

I decided that was IT since I have lost slowly 28lbs ! - i am so proud of this

my ticker shows i want to lost only 12lbs - but that is to make me in the BMI ''normal'' range which is my first HUUUUGE GOAL.

So I work in a school, I am one very happy, giggly girly x
