    Whole wheat tortilla, black beans, spinach, red peppers, tomatoes, and avocado. How's that?

    I feel kind of dumb with everyone elses lunches compared to mine.
    I just eat a half can of tuna in water (drained), and Heiners white bread (2 pieces) with a teaspoon of miracle whip. That would be a total of 190 calories.

    i been eating oscar meyers fat free weiners split with half a piece of kraft fat free cheese in there (melted) and few tortilla chips with lots of picante :) I also bought some jenny o burgers having hubby grill a few so i will have them for fast lunches..

    Flat Out Light Italian flat bread, Baby spinach leaves, hummus instead of mayo. Mediterranean flavored feta cheese. (light sprinkle) and 1 oz of deli meat.

    Cottage cheese and pineapple.
    Greek yogurt with honey and fresh fruit.
    Assorted greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette and some slivered almonds.

    1 whole wheat thin bagel
    1 whole egg fried in pam
    1 slice kraft american cheese fat free
    1 slice butterball sandwich turkey slice

    2tbls grated parmesan cheese (60calories)
    3 cups romaine lettuce/any lettuce (20calories)
    1 tbls sliced almonds (40calories)

    227calories; flavorful, filling, low carb, high in protein, full of vitamins, clean/fresh eating-no processed foods.

    230-250calories. again-clean eating, nothing processed. takes less than 5 minutes to cook.

    for all the people suggesting diet coke--it is worse for you than regular coke; it depletes your water in your system; filling your body with chemicals, adding sodium, etc. you should be drinking as much water as possible. and if you have to drink diet coke, than you need to be sure to drink extra water just to replace the water that the caffeine depleted.

    Curious, how do you bake a potato in less than 5 minutes? Even in my microwave it takes me longer than that.

    open a can of Brunswick sardines, add salt and pepper.
    If you had the foresight to make a salad it would be convienent...Sometimes a boield egg as well.
    Takes a little planning. I boil 6 at a time, so they are ready....

    Well you might find mine a little boring but my lunch takes 10 mins to prep the night before hand and thats it!

    I have a ham sandwhich, and a bunch of fresh fruit and veg cut up and seperated. i usually have cucumber, cabbage, carrot, beans, cherry tomatos, and something like a nectarine or peach.
