Well good morning ladies! It's the last day of April - I am happy to keep the warm weather coming!
Hope you all are having a fabulous Thursday!
We're late getting started today - I went to gym used elliptical for 30 minutes, rowing machine for 10 minutes then came home and mowed grass with my Walk Mower - lots of movement... my hips and shoulders felt it!
May walk the bike trail this afternoon for a change of pace.
Made YUMMY Pancakes for breakfast - used the Heart Smart Bisquik Blueberry Pancake Recipe but used Raspberries instead - YUM!

i'm been a tad on the slackish side for the past almost week...so much do to in the next few weeks- i can't believe i'm moving 2 weeks from today! AHH!!! but so exciting!
i will be going to pilates tonight and staying on track with my calories. hoping to still lose a few lbs before this challenge is over :bigsmile:0 -

Whew, I'm exhausted from reading about your workout last night Chrissy! Great work!
Shannah - true story on being a bit of a slacker lately. I feel ya! I probably wont see much, if any, of a drop in weight this week, but now that I'll be starting a second job, HOPEFULLY that will force me to plan everything out even more and I'll be able to step this in High Gear.
Did 35 minutes on the Elliptical last night and then did some Hammer Strength abs and stretching. I'm at 10/30 days but wont get my workout in tonight as I've got new job orientation from 5p-7p and then have to drive out to my dad's house to have dinner with him, my brother, and hopefully my BEAUTIFUL niece!We're doing typical Irish meal tonight - corned beef and cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. I told dad to go HEAVY on the cabbage because the beef is SOOOOO high in sodium. :grumble: So, I'll have one sliver and eat up on the veggies. I'll be plenty full. Just hoping he doesn't cook the cabbage in TOO much salt - ugh, he's a salt fiend and that's where I get my cravings from! Crazy man! :laugh:
Anyway, I'm going to try to get a workout in on Friday afternoon, but I'm not sure what the new store is going to do about scheduling - so we'll see. I'm hoping that they'll get me on the schedule for the weekend (I'm excited to have another source of income so I can start saving for GRADUATE SCHOOL applications/auditions!).

Went over on my calories just a little yesterday and WAY over on my sodium but I felt awful yesterday. But I did manage to get my workout in.
I am having a VERY bad start to my day today, my stress level is off the charts right now.
I will keep going I am no quiter.
I lost track of my workouts I think it is 9/30

Well, I go in for orientation this evening, so I'm assuming I got the PT job! :laugh: Although, $$ hasn't been discussed yet, so it better be more than min. wage. If not, I'm going to set a very strict schedule with them and then pick up some private voice and piano students a couple days a week. :bigsmile: Still gotta have time for the gym!0
