Says it is "created for a healthy lifestyle, 220 calories, 6 fat, 3 fiber, 11 protein". So, I heated this one today, tasted it. I would not feed this to my dogs. Seriously. I threw it in the trash.

    The chicken one will make you gag as well. I bought a few and threw them out. They're worse than those disgusting Nutrisystem dinners that my husband tried for awhile. He tolerated them because he had eaten MREs in the army. Ughh.

    Most of the Compleats are pretty high in sodium. I used to like a select few flavors but they don't appeal to me any more. There are some much tastuer frozen dinner options in other brands if you're like me and like to have a few super-easy meals on hand.
