I am steadily reaching my goal weight and was curious about what happens when you actually accomplish your challenge. Does the site congratulate you? do you set a new goal?

    If you are really curious, you can change your goal weight to what your current weight is. Presumably the site with do whatever it does when people reach their goals. You can then change your goal back to the original.

    No parade...sorry...just the one in your head! But, the site will change your caloric intake to your new maintenance numbers. Approximately what your BMR is. You get to have MORE calories everyday!!!!! That's kind of like a congrats from the site.

    I can't wait to not be in a deficit anymore! I plan to keep eating healthy but man will it be nice to have a bit more wiggle room :bigsmile:
