But tomorrow is a new day, with new opportunities.

Plus it was totally worth it for diner food.

I'm trying to let myself think this way. Today I was STARVING! I finally figured I had been cleaning my house all day and did many many many trips up and down the stairs, so an after dinner snack was justified. I could hear my stomach. This was the hungriest I have been in the 30 or so days I've been tracking.

    Oh noes 300 whole calories!!!

Considering the lowest deficit MFP will automatically set you up with is 250 calories, at most you went over your maintenance by FIFTY. WHOLE. CALORIES.

And since hardly anyone sets themselves to a half pound a week, you probably didn't even get close to maintenance today.

So good job! You probably ate a deficit today!

Lol yeah I know it's peanuts but I normally don't go over, and my choices today were horrible but I've been begging my husband to take me to this one diner and today he finally did. So I had to order what I really wanted, and experience the diner the way it was meant to be experienced!

I do the same! I have to really let my self control go out the window to hit over my maintenance calories, so on days that I am hungrier, I don't stress about a few hundred. I went well over for thanksgiving and the day after, and still ended up losing after a few days so I try not to stress about a day or two!
