I'm turning 42 and hating myself! I have been slim most of my life (between size 2-6) even after having 5 children. Then six years ago I had a hysterectomy and everything went down hill from there. I don't understand my body any more. :embarassed: I haven't changed anything except my age. I don't eat alot or even bad food because I am not a snacker and don't really like junk food but I keep gaining weight! I tried going to a gym and that didn't even help but they didn't have an cardio program that I could fit into my schedule so I quit the gym. Now I have just let myself get real fat and don't even know how. I have a real supportive hubby but need advice and help. So that's why I am here!

Hi and welcome :flowerforyou: Even healthy foods can make you fat if you're eating too much of them (you should have seen my face when I found out how high in calories RAISINS are... ugh, and I love those little buggers). Best of luck to you! :drinker:
