            on the 1st I weighed in at 192.8. My goal for the end of the month is 188. In November I made monthly goals, but fell back into bad habits. I was originally supposed to get down to 188 by the end of November. Now I just moved my goals one month over, so 188 is my goal for end of December, but if I can I want to get back on track, and get down to 184.
 on the 1st I also started the 30 Day Shred, and starting tomorrow I plan on adding cardio kickboxing 3 times per week. I just finished day 4 of the 30 day shred, and already feel a little stronger. 0 0

            These are my goals, totaling 50lbs that I'd like to lose. Starting off at around 185. I want to try to lose the weight before my bday, so I broke it down into smaller goals to help me stay on track!
 Week 7: 12/25/11 172.5 lbs
 Week 15: 02/19/11 160 lbs
 Week 22: 04/08/11 147.5 lbs
 Week 30: 06/10/11 135 lbs0
