40 lbs down! [Pic]

The pic on the left is me 2 years ago at Thanksgiving (weighing 211) and the left is me this year at Thanksgiving (weighing 171) 40 lbs lighter and way healthier! I was 27 when I started, was unhappy, unhealthy, and stuck in my ways. When I hit 211, I knew I had to make a change, so I added 30 min of daily cardio of some sort and started using MyFitnessPal to count calories. I lost 30 in the first year and then the other 10 this past year. I feel amazing, look younger, feel more confident than ever and have made this a lifestyle change!
