I'm in. But apparently not nearly as educated of work outer as I should be. Can you explain what those moves are? I mean I get jumping jacks and push ups and those traditional ones obviously, but I got nothing on swimmers' presses and 21s.
I'll dig up some Youtube videos for you.
I am in and THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I need to get back on track and MUST lose this extra body fat. However, unsure of some of these exercises so will look on the videos as well. I am off to do the ones I know.
