Ok I am thinking of doing a bootcamp starting Jan 2. Is it worth it? will I see any results etc??

If you have a good instructor/trainer and put the work in, yes, you will.
I was just telling one of our clients that 4 weeks ago she couldn't do 3 old school sit ups in a row, today she did all 15 all 3 times!
You may not see muscle hypertrophy but you will experience strength gains.

I just finished a 12 week boot camp program and went once a week and loved it ! I will be going back in the New Year when it starts back up.0

I have done 3 12-week sessions. Love it! The first time was so hard I wanted to cry and quit. So empowering to see the difference! I start again tonight.0
