Does anyone else experience this?
Every morning when I work out before work (45 minutes of cardio or 20 to 30 minutes of weights) I notice that while I am sitting at my desk my arms just start shaking like leaves on a tree in the breeze. I eat a Kashi bar or yogurt after my work outs for protein and am drinking water like a fish!
It doesn't really affect me in any way, just kinda weird. I have just been telling myself that it is my muscles rebuilding themselves, but I didn't know if anyone else experienced this.

yes I do. I read an article that said it was because I was taking too few calories.
I weigh 257lbs and mfp says I should be on 1,907 calories aday...I was taking in less than 1200 per day.
Are you sticking to the amount mfp says you should have?0 -
Just happened to me after a strenuous workout session with a trainer Saturday. I went shopping shortly after and noticed my arm was shaking while holding on to things in the store.0
