Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme hybrid Challenge for Dec. Who

Hi Everyone,

I'm doing Turbo fire and Chalene extreme hybrid, and looking for buddies to share the journey with me...

Working out for an hour daily and I'm doing Calorie control now and have 30 pounds to lose by the end of Feb. ( 10 pounds a month)...Any friends???.

    I just started push phase. i am doing a modified version of it so that I can start insanity on 1/23. My modified version has me doing HIITs or running on my lifting days and regular classes (Fire 45, Fire 55 EZ, etc...) on the other 3 days along with abs. I atleast have to put 1 hour a day.

    I'm doing my own hybrid 5 times a week and I have started from the beginning of Nov. but just took it seriously 3 weeks ago... So please come here from time to time an tell us about your progress.

    Oh y god you are doing the same thing as I'm.

    today is my second week in the push circuit with Hitt 30 and I do weights 3 days while cardio 3 days...

    Please come here and tell us about your daily workouts and routine.

    BTW, how long have you started doing the hybrid and how much weight you lost so far???

    Awesome, they are my favorites too and I love Chalene.

    So how often do you workout and how much you have lost so far?? Do you do any specific diet????

    I have been basically following a program I found online. Sounds about the same as everybody else, I do 3 weight training days and usually a HIIT or Fire 30 or 45 with that depending on how much time I have. 2 or 3 days I do Fire 55 or 60 and ABS. I haven't really lost any weight, but definitely some inches and my clothes are fitting much better.

    The only dieting I am doing is watching my calories and just trying to stay under 1200 net. I don't have to much to lose, I would love to lose about 10, but I really am more focused on my clothes fitting.

    30 pounds in 3 months is definitely doable, but would be a challenge for me especially during the holidays.

    I am just counting calories and exercising. Had a lot of stress the last half of the year, so got a bit stalled on loss. So I restarted the hybrid workout Dec 1st, doing it 6 days a week and also trying to incorporate running.
