I have just signed up today- I am an unhappy yoyo dieter and emotional eater- and for once I would really like to hit my target AND stay on track- I have my birthday coming up in exactly 12 weeks, so I really want to get fit and healthy. would really appreciate a supportive diet friend. as all my friends don't ever tell me when I am putting on weight and just encourage me to have dessert!
