How many times do you use a tea bag? I never paid attention until I went over a friend's house and she reused one from earlier that day. I always threw away after one use.

    I never really liked tea bagging very much.

    However, a strong tea I may use twice.

    It depends on the size of the cup. If it is a regular size cup I use them twice. If it is a big cup, I use them once. If I want more than that, I'll use two teabags and make a full pot.

    I don't get what's so funny? Some people prefer to dip the same bag over and over again. Sometimes two bags at once. Can someone clue me in here? Maybe draw/post a diagram as to what's so funny?

    I would wash the bag first before double dipping...

    I prefer the same bag to different bags. When you know your bag, it just tastes better.

    I never use the same bag twice! That would be all sorts of wrong. There is no double-dipping of the t-bag.

    In all seriousness, I use tea bags one time and then throw them away. If it is free leaf tea, I use the same leaves for 3 8 oz cups of tea.

    Please. Show me. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I dip my teabag in, and dunk it up and down a few times then I let it just sit there in the warm liquid for a few minutes before I pull it out. What's so funny?
