LOVE anything by Jillian Michaels, but my favorites are 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones.

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. It is wonderful, DOABLE, and you really see results. Look in the forums at some of the success stories! Absolutely amazing.

It is like $10 at Walmart!

The Firm Calorie explosion. Also the kickboxing DVD from the 10 pound slimdown xtreme is awesome.

30 day shred is the best one of the current ones. However, I'm still addicted to Reebok Step and Cher A New Attitude. It's the 90s every day here!

    lol awesome x
  • I agree 30 day shred is a good one. You can also get a single disc of P90X on ebay for $10 to see if you like it. I also like doing the Dancing with the Stars DVD's. I don't feel like I'm "working out" with those videos, it's nice to have a couple so if you get bored of something you can change it up, or so you can change it up before you get bored.
