Gift for downstairs neighbors

I don't go to a gym and do mostly video workouts in my upstairs apartment.

There are 3 guys that live below me and are all super supportive and cool with me jumping around for about 40 minutes every day.

I'd like to get them something for Christmas to show my appreciation.

Any ideas??

A case of their favorite beer, and a video game they might want?

I forgot to mention, one of them maaaay have an alcohol problem, so I think I'm gonna stay away from that. Thank you for the suggestion, though! That was my first thought.

Baked goods is a great suggestion, too! Men love to eat! haha

Totally agree! Though I'd maybe see if you can find out their preferences, some people don't drink, or don't drink red or only red, etc.

Definitely didn't mean wine. But with regards to the potential drinking problem of one of the tenants, probably a gift certificate to a relatively nice restaurant in your area would be appropriate. You live there year-round. Probably see them multiple times a week. So something like $150 between the three of them [enough to cover a nice entree and one drink] is about appropriate.

After all, you're still saving pretty seriously on gym costs in L.A. And you're spreading some holiday cheer.

Sexual favors are rarely frowned upon. Or Candlesticks. Candlesticks are always a good choice.
