Nutritional Levels

Does anyone have an answer to this one?
Does it matter if calories from Fat are higher than that permitted but one is still in calorie deficit? Will this hinder the weight loss process? How important is it to balance nutritional level while maintaining the calorie deficit?

If your total calories are still under it shouldn't be a big deal once in a while. LOok at your ratios, I have mine to 35% protein 35% carbs and 30% fat..
I'd watch what type of fats you're getting, if you've got 20 grams over from trans fats when trans are the ones you want to avoid... no.. but decent saturated and unsaturated fats.... I don't see the trouble, "Fat" has good and bad to it. Like everything else.0 -
Thank you for responding. I feel much better0
