today, i FINALLY hit the ~50~ POUNDS LOST MARK! i'm actually at 51 pounds down since 6/21/2011! dropping on average about 9-10 pounds a month!

feels so amazing to have those 50 gone! next goal, 6 pounds more and i'll be out of the 300's!

    Congratulations! I was carrying a 25lb bag of rice and couldn't wait to put it down. Then I thought... "Wow, I used to carry this just getting my butt out of bed in the morning". Congratulations on losing TWO bags of rice!!!
