Houston Area Personal trainers

Hi all. If there is anyone from the Houston area that is or know's of a personal trainer Pleeeeeease can you get in contact with me. I am desperate for a trainer but I want a good one that is not going to try and rip me off. I need someone who's experiencesd and will work me hard as I need to kick start my fitness routine again.

    Good luck. I know a great place in Austin, but that's not going to help you. You might try searching the NSCA and the NASM pages. They both have directories. That's a good start. What's even better is when those folks in the directories have webpages so that you can see what they're all about. If you want me to review any webpages, please feel free to send them to me.

    I just checked on the NSCA webpage and there are a ton in the area. Just keep in mind that having certification with the NSCA does not default into a good trainer at all.
