Guys & gals, I'm having a HUGE chocolate craving attack right now. I don't have any dark chocolate in the house...Any suggestions?

Go buy a single serving....or eat a single serving of what you have to fill that craving..kind of hard to suggest anything without knowing your pantry...

Drink some water. Exercise. Type a friend an e-mail. Practice saying the alphabet backwards. Sing Yankee Doodle while holding your nose. Anything, really.

Or did you WANT to eat chocolate & want a substitute for it?

    take a shower
contemplate life under the hot water
  • I would suggest the Quaker mini delights with the chocolate drizzle. I have peanut butter cravings and they help me. Only 90 calories. The Pnut butter kills my cravings. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I recommend 100 calorie pack Mr. Salty chocolate covered pretzels. It really helps me with that chocolate craving. I have also gotten a single Hershey bar if I really really can't deal.

I like the Weight Watchers chocolate snack cakes and Jello chocolate pudding to fill those chocolate fixes!

I need to do groceries. I completely forgot about the Jello Choco Pudding! That would be perfect right now!

Myastyme, you're right. I think I'll go dig around in my pantry and see what comes out.

Thank y'all for talking me down.

Red wine... Probably not the healthiest solution, but I think it meets that dark chocolate craving...
