Random Observation, posted out of boredom, probably has no relevance to you or your life:

4 servings Roasted & Salted Pistachios = 2 lbs water weight.

Add two pistachioless days and water weight dissipates.

Interesting how salt can effect you (me).

I eat all nuts raw, unroasted and unsalted. I learned to love the taste in no time.

I'm going to be really childish and say just the word "innuendo"! ;) ...sorry!

Salt is awful, but great tasting.

Everytime I go over my sodium for the day, like you, it takes me about two days to loose the water weight. Sigh.

Yeah...... there is that...... but I don't want to learn to love it. I like to like salty nuts.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE SALT. I crave it, lucky for me I have very low blood pressure, but they say raw nuts are better for you than roasted and I could only find raw unsalted almonds so I stick with those.
