logging protein powder

Hello! So I just enjoyed my first protein powder shake and logged; mfp shows the calories but none of the protein! Do I really have to look up the info and enter it in another way? Can you do that? Thanks!

have a look in the database for a similar item, there are items that come from MFP themselves but most of it is from users, and some of the users are only interested in calorie counts, so that's all the info they put when adding a food.0

Go to "Settings" then click on "Diary settings". From there you can put what you want shown on your daily foods. Hope this helps.0

I've found multiple entries for most of the protein powders, just look around and see if you can find one where they actually put in all the data.0

Thanks- I guess I was just being lazy not to input the exact data from the one I got. But I will just do that so that it will be as accurate as possible.0
