NSV! my 1st!

So lately I have been binge eating, like, all the time. I am pretty much always full, and I think it is because of that that i am constantly tired. I finally came clean about everything in an earlier post on here today, hoping that it would help me get back on track. it TOTALLY did! i was going to a friend's house at around 4:45, and I would get back at around 7. I knew that my family was having my favorite kind of pizza, so I said to myself "I'll just wait to eat until I get home, so I can have pizza." This may not seem like much, but to me, this is HUGE! I usually would have eaten something then AND pizza when I got home...and I didn't even have to think about this!
Also, since I have been eating so much, like I said, I have been pretty sluggish. When I got home, I ate a pretty small (for my current standards) dinner, but I was still full (we ended up not having the pizza anyways lol). and now, i am a little ball of energy! seriously, i would have been asleep hours ago at my desk, but i am bouncing around like there is no tomorrow! so proud of myself! now to see if i can actually get to sleep...

Every step is one more step closer to your goal!! It is not small, but big. It may also help you to eat a small salad (light on dressing) before things like pizza and drink a large glass of water before hand. It helps you to full up on healthier stuff than pizza. Good luck on your journey and keep it up.0
