Lol I always wondered!! I always thought it was New Self Victory

Non-scale victory, for example someone tells you they noticed you look good, or you went down a size in shirts/pants/clothes, or you lost inches, just something thats related to getting healthier/fit/losing weight that has nothing to do with the weight loss
