Hi, I'm new to the site and I definitely need some motivational friends! Last year I lost 16lbs on my own but gained back 10 over the summer. I'm aiming to lose the 10 pounds first so I can be back to a normal BMI but ultimately I want to lose 30 and run in a Zombie 5K challenge (and survive!)

    I am just getting back on track myself. I lost 25lbs since March...and have kept it all off since August, until the Holidays began to set it and I started to see 5lbs more on the scale. Lets do it together!

    haha, a zombie race is where you run a 5k through an obstacle course which is zombie filled and you have to not only finish the race faster than everyone else, you have to make it through without getting "tagged/eaten" by a zombie participant. Basically run or DIE!

    The specific one I want to go to is in Atlanta, GA. But they have plenty all over the U.S.

    Yeah, when my daughter found out I was going to start the C25K challenge in the spring she suggested I train for the Zombie Race, lol.
