Back in '09 I created a dance routine to Michael's BAD-Smooth Criminal-Billy Jean Mixx .... all of that practice was a GREAT workout!

I decided today, that I want to throw in some Janet!

I am so excited!

I hope to inspire everyone to get out of their comfort zones, and have fun !
It doesn't always have to be a struggle, it can be fun toooooooooo! :tongue:
