How accurate is the Polar FT7 heart rate monitor in counting

I just ordered a Polar FT7 (even though I have an older version) because I want to know how many calories I am burning during Zumba. How accurately does the FT7 report calorie burnt?

  polar is accurate just make sure you enter all your information correctly
