Bodyweight exercises - December Challenge -Join in the fun

This is how the challenge is going to work: Try to do the sets with no rest in between.-I know you have it in you.
Lets all stay motivated. Im going for a 10 lb. loss be end of Dec., who
is up to the challenge?
Everyday you will walk 1 to 2 miles

Mondays
add in 10 squats & 10 Jumping Jacks----2x through
Tuesdays
add in a plank for 1 minute each- & run in place really fast for 1 minute--2x through
Wednesdays----add in Hand Walks using your stepper 10x-- you can be on your knees & Standing Ab Crunches with alternating leg ups 20x----2x through
Thursdays
add in 20 side twists each side & Plie Squat 20---2x through
Fridays
add in step-ups20x each leg, & 12 pushups---2x through
Saturdays
add Ab rotations10 each side--lay on floor,hands out ,knees up and rotate from side to side & laying hip raise while squeezing the butt 20x---2x through
Sundays
add calf raises 10 slowly & 20 Kickbacks with elbows to the back----2x through

Challenge yourself on the 2nd week and do 3x through

At the end of the week, lets see how much weight weve lost.
