Hi everyone!!! Ive been yo yo dieting for the longest and finally come to terms with myself that fad diets back to back are just not cutting it anymore. Im starting to eat healthy and once I get into a lil routine I am going to start adding exercise in. I think its always easier when you can talk to someone going thru the same changes. Please add me :) !!!
